My student has this Let it be ringback tone.

I told him I always look forward calling him because listening to the song takes me to a more peaceful place even for just a while.

Forty-five 10-minute phone calls and Skype classes in a day.
Yes, I need a break.
Though this job suits me well, I think. I get paid to talk to random strangers.
I get to tell them what I think. I get to hear how happy or how unfortunate their day went. 

I am tired. And I don't just mean tonight.
And I don't just mean with my work.
